What to do on the First Date
One of the most important things you have to remember is: you are NOT interviewing the girl… You don't need to ask her every BORING question all other men do..
I find it very funny to hear guys talking to women when they just throw up a lot of questions in a row like "Where are you from? "What do you like doing for fun?" or "Where Did You Go to School?"… Can't you realize that's VERY boring?
You should only be asking that kind of questions if you absolutely ran out of things to say.. but if you have the right attitude during your first date, you will probably never run out of topics. Many guys have the mentality of "I'm not gonna risk things, this time it's going to work", so they play it safe and try not to say anything edgy or that might offend the girl… They think that if they play the nice guy role, showing they have a promising career, buying girls dinner and that they are stable MAYBE in the end of the night they might get LUCKY and get a hug or a kiss…
The problem is this approach never triggers ATTRACTION… You can only achieve that if you can transmit humor, mystery, or what David Deangelo likes to call "Cocky and Funny". You need to talk about topics that presses their "emotions hot buttons", like drama, comedy, scandals, etc…
Face the reality: if you want to take things to a next level, you have to RISK it. Laugh with her, bust her balls, apply the Cocky and Funny technique. If you want her to be interested, you need to be interesting yourself. Always remember you're not trieing to impress her and neither you are in a job interview, your role is mainly to have a good time. The more you act ansious and nervous, seeking for her approval and trieing to "play it safe", the less you trigger the attraction inside her.
For truly understanding all the psychology behind this, and how approaching and attracting women really works, I recommend the Double Your Dating ebook, by David Deangelo. I've read it like 5 times myself and I can tell you: Everytime I read it I figure out something new that happened to me while approaching women and I couldn't understand.
Check out this Double Your Dating report that you should read right now if you are interested in getting more advanced.
